People seeking healthcare have protections under applicable civil-rights laws. Depending on the law and program, protected characteristics include race, color, national origin, age, disability, and sex. Requirements depend on the provider's activities, funding, and other facts.

Omni's entity-specific nondiscrimination notice, language-access procedures, and designated grievance contact must be confirmed by the business before launch. This page provides general information and does not certify compliance with Section 1557 or represent that every program is subject to the same requirements.

Language assistance and disability-related needs

Tell the treating provider if you need an interpreter, an accessible format, or an auxiliary aid to communicate effectively. Ask how to arrange assistance and whether it is available at no cost under applicable law. Please do not send medical details when making a general website inquiry.

Providers covered by applicable federal civil-rights rules may have duties to provide language assistance and auxiliary aids without charge. Confirm arrangements directly before an appointment. The website does not currently offer a staffed interpretation service.

Concerns and complaints

If you believe you have experienced discrimination or an access barrier, contact NBJPN Holdings and request the appropriate provider grievance contact. You may also contact the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights to learn about filing a civil-rights complaint. Complaints may be subject to legal filing deadlines.

Do not use the general website form to send detailed treatment histories, legal evidence, or sensitive identity documents. Ask the responsible provider or complaint agency for its designated submission process.
